Bush 426, dukakis 111 But if we still import large numbers from the third world, Democrats will never lose, that's their plan Next election trump could push 350... I think if he proves he can handle the job and truly make America the country it once was he will win in a landslide.
mmkay
Maybe, but most people stay home and don't vote...trump got his people to vote...he'll get them to vote again....the dem will need a strong or well known candidate. ...they don't have one. Bernie will b to old or in jail for bank fraud. Crazy groper uncle joe isn't exciting..won't motivate people. ..oprah won't run...Elizabeth Warren is too stupid, coumo?...terry macauliffe? But I'll concede your point if your claiming trump could motivate dems....but I really think he'll just depressed them and they will howl at the moon, pet a puppy and stay home Edited January 12, 2018 by mmkay

Not likely that he will win over anyone that didn't vote for him last time, but I know for a fact that there are people who voted for him this time and hoped that he'd grow up a bit as president, who are totally pissed at many of his antics so far. Some even think he truly does have mental issues. Some of you guys can love him all you want and think that he is the greatest thing since sliced bread, but there are other people who did pull the lever for him that are embarrassed by some of the crap he says and are hoping that he somehow would decide not to even run in 2020. They want a republican in there, but not someone like him who has NO hope in persuading any democrat to vote republican like someone like Ronald Reagan was able to do. The last 5 elections were pretty close. Only takes a state or two going the other way to win or lose. Every freakin vote counts and you can't be pissing off people just because you can't control your mouth. I hope some of you guys can understand this. Trump won the Electoral College by a huge margin. There was nothing "close" about it. Hillary had more of the popular vote because the coastal cities vote Democrat by default. If you'd like to see elections without an Electoral College look no further than Canada, and how the Socialist agenda in that country has been advanced. "The tyranny of the cities". It's not much different than what we face in NYS.

I'm worried about voter apathy. If the economy hums along for 4 years, immigration get "fixed", people get comfy and start to be more concerned with PC than results. The dems run a likable candidate (unlike HRC), and then it only takes a few states to tip it. Then it's right back into the abyss.

He screwed up saying that as the president, whether he believes it or not. Things like that are what holds him back and taints the good things he does. These types of things are the baggage he carries. Like a lot of what he does, just not the way he does it. So the Democrats that were present are contending he said it. The Republicans are saying he didn't. He says he didn't say it. Hmmmm

Seems pretty accurate..lol shit·hole an extremely dirty, shabby, or otherwise unpleasant place.

Buckmaster7600
What the libs don't understand is that comments like these are why he got elected. So them bashing him for it on the fake news networks only make him more liked. Not a trump supporter is going to say "I can't support him after saying that." The media reports this shit like it's going to make us turn our backs on him but they haven't and won't.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Even b4 he was elected the establishment threw everything at him to discredit him and cause him to lose. The Dems are not going to give him an inch. There can be no compromise with them. He hasn't had a moments break from the media. They have and will use and jump on any and all infractions to see him beaten in 2020. This is all out war . The country is less than a generation from fundamental and probably fatal change if Trump and others like him don't turn around the ship of state. Stick to the real and serious issues and don't concern yourself with Trump's lack of apparent polish. again totally agree with that, but wouldnt he be better ahead to ditch the BS so that this can happen? Your really proving my point for me. We desperately need things to work and the changes and losing his tweet button and the BS would be nothing but a help to all. So you dont think that by being a tad bit more respectful and a little less off color wont help push his agenda ?

Trump's base is not the PC left, so no it won't do him any good at all to start caving to the idiotic demands from the left. It's the insistence on idiotic PC demands that got him elected in the first place. We're sick and tired of that crap and elected a President who won't tolerate it. I didn't hire him because of who he is. I hired him because of who he's not. He's not a greasy-slick politician who says all the right things all the time. He gets stuff done.

Robhuntandfish
and he would get more done with just a little less idiotic tweeting ! Not asking him to be PC - glad none of the stuff he says bothers you at all , but some of it it just ridiculousness. Robhuntandfish
Carly Fiorina - "look at that face" -- thats necessary for his agenda and helps him out - cmon - you cant stifle yourself enough not to say these things . Your blind if you dont see how some of this is foolishness that just hurts himself and his party.

He won them because of a pro-America message and a helluva lot of hard work delivering that message to the states he knew he needed. I have no doubt he'll do it again in 2020. It's quite possible that a strong Democrat candidate may have won, but they didn't have one in 2016 and I don't see one surfacing for 2020 either. Flyover country is never going to vote for a Socialist president.
