That appears to be a Habanero. If it is I would proceed with extreme caution and not touch any sensitive parts of the body after handling. They are the real deal and are extremely hot under any conditions.

It looks like the Carolina reaper, it’s actually kind of sweet, citrusy, they just look hot as hell.

That was my way of thinking also even if they were hot.

Dulce means sweet

it's a Dominican sweet pepper that's not any more heat than a very week jalapeno.  i just gave away some fully mature red jalapenos that would blow them out of the water for heat and they're still jalapenos.
