Indeed. I like other methods, but there's just something about the mix I use that keeps me coming back

1 part (smashed to fine powder) goldfish crackers
1 part pancake mix
1 part Italian style bread crumbs

man that looks delicious. i've seen some recipes that suggest leaving the skin after scaling on and that the tails are crispy and good. every try that?
