lawn mow #2 yesterday eventhough it was still a little wet, the upcoming week doesnt look good. With all this rain we're clearly in "mow in under a week" mode already. I'm happy with how green everything is, but can't even do the back yet because of how soft it is still.

I put in a patio and pergola last year, this year some stone for the grill and smoker, and planted a tree.  Figure at this pace by the time i retire it will all be stone or trees and wont have to mow.

I despise mowing! I mow about an acre and bought a 10k$ zero turn so I can do it as fast as possible! Takes me less than 15 minutes and that includes letting it warm up. I usually mow after dark so I put some pretty good led lights on it. I refuse to mow more than twice a month and would never consider fertilizing it to grow faster!

I have way to many hobbies to keep me busy, yard work just ain’t one of them

That tree is called a weeping candy apple, wait a couple weeks and its gorgeous. Then after that it goes back to being a filthy PITA like all trees. It will get its edge and mulch, dont you worry

Off that hedge row my wife will be! lol Corn all the way around, Thousands of early and late season apples. Plus last yr 4 acres of un picked pumpkins lol Lot of fields but couple nice pockets of thick shtuff

i'd love to have a beer with your neighbors 

Yet another reason I live in the country. My only neighbor close enough for my mower to bother has his horse pastured on my property for free so I’m sure it doesn’t bother him at all.
