nyslowhand
Got 'em all, but the phone word prefix. Don't recall that locally, but do remember it being on TV ads back in the day. Was this specifically an urban thing?

I was there....I was the only survivor...I was the guy up in the bell tower of the Alamo with an M-1 Garand and several thousand rounds of ammo...After the Mexicans cleared out, the locals took all of my empty brass, melted it down and used it to build the first bridge across the river in San Antonio....True story.....Hehehe.... 1
