I just ate V. RIBS, and to be honest, I don't like them. It has that nasty membrane on them, and they are greasy, and the grease is different than other ribs I am used to eating. Like it was a very fine grease, hard to wash off.

took 40 minutes in a pressure cooker to cook....

I'm not sure what to do with the rest of the ribs......

anyone actually like them ?
