Saw this little guy in the driveway today, relocated him a big puddle next to the stream here.

Good eye. He is tiny.  He wouldn't last long out I'm driveway with birds around

@Robhuntandfish I’m surprised I saw him, gravel driveway, and his size, I actually did a double take.

Seen one the same size in a client's driveway after I backed the trailer in.  Don't know how all those tires missed it, but I was glad they did.  Moved him next to the pond.

And my experience with turtles today was opposite...big ole snapper in “the projects” of 3S

Couple of years ago I'm coming home from work and there is a truck backing up on the side of the road half on shoulder half on the side of the road. He was moving and coming right at me. So I go out around him and think WTF is this idiot doing.....crunch....oh that's what he was doing.....trying to save that turtle I just ran over.....

I saw the first one of the season crossing the road yesterday. Gotta say, I have always been a turtle fan. They seem to be a bit of an underdog.

Just the same though, I am keeping my open for a nice big snapper for soup. I have to check on the season dates though, still too early, and you need a BIG un.
