I think a lot of people would be talking behind your back about how you really got took by the taxidermist that screwed up your deer by mounting the antlers upside down.......

I think that really might be a challenging thing to mount. It looks to me like the shape of the skull may be distorted too, and the eye locations look like they have a big difference vertically. It probably would require a lot of modifications to any standard form.
