Doc
Yup! sure enough, all those invisible deer are crawling out of the holes they were hiding in. I've got them wandering all over my yard and through the woods behind the house right in broad daylight. I guess they checked their calendars and the word is out that the season is officially over ...... lol.
NFA-ADK
They sure know human activity in thier "home". Funny how they can see the human pattern change and it reflect on thier habits. The ghost reveiled.

WNYBuckHunter
Ive been seeing them all over the place since the middle of the 3rd week of gun season. Bottom line is, you over hunt or over pressure your property, they will leave and find a safe place or find the thickest brush and crawl into it, or the nastiest swamp where people dont go, and only come out at night. If you keep the pressure down, their patterns dont change as much.
G-Man
This is why ny should adopt a split season for bow and gun. give the deer a chance to return to normal... takes would be higher and more enjoyment would be had.. can u imagine 2 openings for gun.. it be like christmas every time!! 2 openings for bow ? more people would be out resulting in greater deer movement! oh well its only a pipe dream....
