airedale
The long legs and big paws point toward being a Lynx. Al
BizCT
Very interesting. Long ear tuffs is more Lynx-like, but the brown coloring is bobcat (lynx are more grey). Where was the picture taken? Paws look big for a bobcat, but not as big as a typical Lynx. I hunted Lynx in BC FWIW

The face , paws and ear tufts say lynx but the coloration and the white under the tail looks like a bobcat. Also the bands on top of the tail look like a bobcat.

WNYTRPR
Besides the tail it looks like an Eurasian lynx.

But from many animals local to our area. I've learned color doesn't necessarily mean anything. Coyotes, (though rare) can be black, red, or German Shepard colored. Deer, Fox, vermin, every species( I would imagine) can have a wierd or off color to them one way or another. Pretty neat though! Wish we had them around here. Theyre gorgeous critters
