Checked my piggy bank, nope, can't do it.  I need a bigger allowance!  Mt Morris is a nice area, went to school at Geneseo.

Lol. 50 acres down the road from ours in Leicester just went for 7 grand an acre.  Land prices and taxes are a killer in that neck of the woods.

See it all the time .... people inflate the value and people downstate new jersey  think its a great deal  jump on it .  Its definitely  a sellers market

My camp is a few miles due south of this place..   Very good hunting in the area..

not a ton of 80 acres parcels within 45 minutes of Rochester, so I would guess it will sell fairly quickly at that price..

Most houses now list low, have a specified date for negotiations or contract submission and then decide.   And most are expecting way more than asking price so it’s unlikely an offer at asking will buy the place.  Crazy market.

Yep - flipped on its head, buyers now negotiate up not down from asking price.
