  1. Nice moose. My experience with Kuiu customer service is that they'll eventually pull through on their end but you've got to be persistent.
  2. I’m truly sorry for your great loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and with your family.
  3. You should certainly walk the property before committing to anything. If only for small game hunting, will others be hunting deer there? If so, will you be allowed to enter and hunt the property for small game during deer season?
  4. Uh oh, I posted here today and it looks like it was removed too... definitely did not cross a line. Trump demanding that Giuliani's wages be withheld because he got impeached is the epitome of political humor!
  5. We can't debate taxes/regulation/climate change etc. if one side is catering to an electorate that believes in lizard people and cannibal cabals. A bipartisan repudiation of Trump would free the Republicans from the imbeciles, allowing a path back to reason and fact base discourse. I know, we've got a ways to go but this is an aspirational first step.
  6. Not sure what you mean, I heard it in full in the news. I think that Jack Dorsey may have actually done him a favor...
  7. The message is next time you want an outsider, find someone who’s less corrupt than the status quo.
  8. It would’ve taken unanimous consent to reconvene the senate to hold the trial. Your opinion about McConnell’s position doesn't matter. Even your bible, Fox News, is reporting McConnell’s anger and desire to convict Trump. I bet QAnon outlets are reporting this too. I guess they’ll want him to hang along with Pence.
  9. Here’s from Fox: https://www.foxnews.com/politics/mcconnell-believes-trump-committed-impeachable-offenses-supports-democrats-impeachment-efforts-report
  10. The head of the Republican Party is not opposed to the impeachment. He may actually vote for it. https://apnews.com/article/joe-biden-donald-trump-impeachments-capitol-siege-mitch-mcconnell-29ca8c7dff7943c3daf2952d4a809097
  11. In the closing days of the Trump presidency, the improbable has happened. Republicans and Democrats have come together to move the country forward. Yesterday the president was impeached again, cementing his legacy as the worst president to ever occupy the office. It’s time for Trumpists across the nation to denounce Trump and his legacy and to look towards a future rooted in fact and evidence-based debate. No, there are no lizard people. No, there isn’t a cabal of socialist child predators. What we do have is climate change and the ensuing consequences of not addressing it. We have unprecedented unemployment and a decrepit national infrastructure. Let’s debate how best to handle these real monumental problems and leave behind the absurd conspiracy theories that do nothing but cast shame on you, your family, your party, and the nation as a whole. With the end of Trump, I hope that a reformed Republican Party emerges, ready to debate and tackle the central issues of the moment with a shared conception of the truth. Let’s join the number 3 house Republican and come together for a better America. https://www.politico.com/news/2021/01/12/liz-cheney-trump-impeachment-statement-458394
  12. The speech was bad. Giuliani’s was worse. But it’s be a pattern with him right? Break all the presidential norms and say/do outrageous things repeatedly and we become desensitized. Worse than the speech/video/tweets was his repeated claims of widespread election fraud in the abject absence of it. His calls to the Georgia officials I think will seal his fate. Accountability is a good thing. Rejoice.
  13. I presume you’ll err on the side of not getting us shut down...
  14. Tupac and Snoop? I’m a fan too! Let’s not forget Biggie, he was the real deal
  15. LOL!!! I prefer lizard people fear mongering. This one will lead to the toilet paper scenario all over again...
  16. Settle down old man, no one is attacking you. Now, go scout your neighborhood pizza shop. Who knows, perhaps Hilary relocated...
  17. I have never claimed that the Democrats are infallible or beyond reproach. But we have to be clear that what we're seeing with the current president and with Trumpism doesn't have a contemporary counterpart. Republican support of QAnon and of election fraud rhetoric, knowing both are lies, must be condemned. Folks on this board, especially the true Republicans, would do well to acknowledge that pizza-gate, QAnon, and Trumpism have cast an embarrassing and dangerous shadow on the Party. Some of the strongest calls for impeachment aren't coming from vindictive Democrats. It's the Republicans who have finally awakened to Trump's poisonous presence who want him out and forbidden from holding future office. We're finally seeing both parties unite. I hope it continues post inauguration.
  18. Good news: https://www.nytimes.com/2021/01/12/us/mitch-mcconnell-trump-impeachment.html
  19. "This was posted about Parler being removed. I have to admit I don’t know a lot about Parler." Brilliant! If you're concerned about public sentiment towards hunting, the best thing we can do is work to recruit more hunters. The 2nd best thing would be to draw a clear line between hunters and the open carry idiots that pose in state capitols. Hunting and shooting are not equivalent with playing combat dress up and attending marches with militias. Let's make sure the public at large knows that.
  20. Sadly, your denunciation here is as irrelevant as everything else you've done in your life. What we actually do need is for the more sensible Republican members of Congress to grow a spine and categorically (and publicly... the cowards do it in private all the time) reject Trumpism and fringe conspiracy theories. Until that happens, the OP is likely right in fearing things will get darker.
  21. That's your question? No issue with the Proud Boys or other right winged militias fomenting insurrection? Let's get to the bottom of this and figure out if Antifa had a role! Here's an early list of those convicted: https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/thirteen-charged-federal-court-following-riot-united-states-capitol
