  1. Other than a Bi-Fur Pod that I made , I prefer the shooting sticks that I bought at Cabela's . They are adjustable from 21 to 62 inches and havea swivel head .
  2. My youngest son bought a Caldwell DeadShot Field Pod for me . It can be used for a Rifle , Shotgun , CrossBow , etc.. I have not used it yet . It has a lot of adjustments . Saw it in DICK's for $100 .
  3. I am still waiting for some brilliant member to post that it's fake !
  4. I bought a GOOGLE Home for my wife . It will answer a lot of questions and play music without paying . It's funny talking to it as it is always learning and I try to be a smart ass with it .
  5. I setup one of the Tasco's in the house to test it . Like other cheap cameras , it takes a nice flash picture ( you don't see the flash) . The next two pics are dark .... visible but dark . If it was set for one pic at a time , it would be equivalent to the WildGame cams . Havn't tested it daytime .
  6. The "hard to look at" was part of the copy and paste . Personnaly I didn't see any problem looking at a pile of dead coyotes .
  7. This is hard to look at, but these animal are over populated and are a nuisance to farmers and landowners. https://www.wideopenspaces.com/coyote-hunters-score-9240-…/…
  8. Something I found out several years ago is ....... each WalMart does their own clearance that is independent of the other stores . The old WalMart in Webster used to drag their feet and were slow to put items on Clearance .
  9. I picked up 2 more of these at WalMart tonight to give to 2 of my sons that hunt .
  10. Picked up a Tasco 10MP trail cam today for $19 . Normal price was $38 . Think I will hang it high facing Posted Signs that continue to get ripped down on my SIL's property . If someone decides to shoot it , it won't be an expensive loss .
  11. I renamed my bathroom - The Gym . Now when I tell people that I go to the Gym 3 times a day , they are impressed .
  12. Lets see if this can go 15 pages without any name calling .
  13. Wife and I are subs for a Euchre Group here .We get called on every once in a while . At work we played Euchre during break and lunch time . While In the Marines I had to learn to play Double Pinochle before going on my 1st med cruise . Back in the barracks we played Whist . As a kid we played Hearts , Crazy Eights , War , Brains , etc .
  14. I have an old Trail Camera that used film . It was 35mm . You dropped the film off , picked it up a couple days later and often had pictures of nothing . It was pretty pricey to use .
  15. I don't plan to sell any of my guns but my sons and grandkids will get them at some point in time .
  16. When I was 14 , I bought a Marlin 39-A 22 cal lever action . Shot a lot of woodchucks with it when I was a kid . When I retired , I shot woodchucks for local farmers and graduated to a .223 . I hadn't shot the Marlin in 18 years and gave it to my youngest son this spring . I told him to take care of my baby . I think it is in good hands . I have a couple of old single shot shot guns , a double barrel Hopkins & Allen 12 ga and a Winchester 12 ga with the Winchester Recoil Reduction . At some point in the next 2 - 3 years , I will give these to my sons . That will still leave me with a few guns .
  17. Won by Love by Norma McCorvey, Gary L. Thomas (Goodreads Author) 4.32 · Rating details · 194 ratings · 38 reviews As the plaintiff behind the Roe v. Wade Supreme Court case, Norma McCorvey became known as the poster child for the pro-choice movement. But underneath she led a life of drug and alcohol addiction as she increasingly felt alienated by the wealthy and famous elements of the pro-choice crowd. Then to make matters worse, her worst enemy, the pro-life group Operation Rescue, moved in next door to her clinic.Norma's story is a heartwarming tale of how Christians from Operation Rescue -- led by a seven-year-old girl named Emily -- banded together to break through even the hardest of hearts. Few expected that a woman who once told a reporter that she "lived and breathed" for abortion would one day walk next door, give her life to Jesus, and begin working for the people she once hated. Won by Love not only reveals the shocking, inside machinations of the abortion industry, but also reveals an inspiring tale of how God uses love to mold hearts to His service.
