I also wonder if the other guy actually recovered the deer . If Beachpeaz did a thorough search that Saturday and the other guy had already found it , why wouldn't he find a gut pile ? I think the other guy was just bustin' something .

To the OP --- I agree with the others that the guy should have called you when he found it . Even so , I am curious to know what you would have done . You shot it on a Thursday and weren't going back until the weekend . Would you have gone there on Friday am to retrieve it ? Would you have told the guy to gut it and drag it out of there which he couldn't legally do without tagging it .... ? Just curious as to what the OP would have done if he had gotten a call from the guy that retrieved the deer .

Many , many years ago , the Meteorologists had predicted a sever snow storm in the Rochester area that would cripple traffic in the area . Xerox chose to be safe and called for a snow day . Storm never happened and the snow day was a beautiful day . The company never did it again .

This part of Doc's quote reminds me of some Sportsmen . Someone has a 4-5 year old bow that has taken several deer and is in great condition but just has to buy a new bow that is 20 fps faster . I was at DICK's today and saw that they have the Cuddeback Ambush Country IR on sale for $60 . It was selling for $200 . Checked it out on the computer and came across a review by Don Mealey . He was brutal on his You Tube review and others said the camera was crappy and over priced . Does anyone have the Cuddeback Ambush Country IR ? If so , any problems ?
