Give me a break . How long do you hold a rifle up for 3 or more minutes ? That's why crossbow hunters use a bi-pod , mono-pod , treestand shooting rail , etc ..

Wanted 8H and 8F but none available . Got 2 for 8N so I can use them in South Bristol . I was told by someone that when he was at Gander Mountain , the fellow there said 8F tags would be available Monday . Does that make any sense or is it just BS ? -
I was at DICKs today and bought 2 as they were on sale for $14.97 and used the $10 off a $25 purchase . I'll give it a try and if it doesn't work , i'll use it for an under arm deodorant .

Not sure what's up with Frein . Most of these shooters take their own life when pinned down as they don't want to be taken alive . Heard on the TV news that Frein was hand cuffed with the cuffs from one of the Troopers he had "allegedly" shot .

Why did they take him alive ? Some defense lawyer will come up with some crap as to how missunderstood this poor fellow was that contributed to why he killed the Troopers .............

My son and I arrived at the Pittsford spot at about the same time . Got hunting clothes on and headed down the hill . I put out a couple of plain doe pee scent wicks and Nick sprayed a bit of buck bomb on the ground . We were in the stands bu 6:30 and legal time was 7:40 . Didn't see a damned thing all morning and we stayed until 11 am . Bummer ! This was the spot where I had shot a doe on the 11th . It was overcast and the sun didn't show up . The air was damp and the temp was about 50 degrees .

Will be heading for Pittsford - Mendon in a short bit . Plan to hunt with my youngest son today . Sure hope the rain has stopped . The wind is forecasted to be from the WSW and go up to 18 mph by late morning . Sheesh !
