    I use a Ladder Stand and its at 15 feet but If I thought about it when I bought it 7-8 years ago I would have bought another 5 foot section , I'd prefer it was higher !

    The only knowledge I have about Magnet Fishing I get is from Youtube ! It looks like a fun way to spend some time with my Grandson looking under the local bridge's and public fishing spots . Anybody have any experience with this ?

    Well received the call from the Town supervisor , apparently the Board has decided to hold the 5.5 acres with the possibility of using it for the town Highway Dept. Supervisor said to try again next year ! Sounds like some small town politics going on !
