  16. I decided to make a wing bone call from the turkey I shot this spring. It was a fun project and I enjoyed doing it. I got some tips from a few members here as well as you tube. I used epoxy to hold the 3 pieces together and rod wrapping thread to "dress it up" . Overall, I am happy with how it came out, but I wanted the colors black/ green/ brown to look like camo, the problem was when I put the finishing glue on the green thread it turned it dark and almost makes it look black. I also added some turkey footprints. I look forward to putting it to use
  17. When I first started at the age of 16, my dad had an awesome spot about 5 miles back and straight up ( it seemed), we did that so many times I could do it in my sleep, and most times I did because I should have been sleeping at 4 am. When I got ohe older and smarter, I found a better way to get there that did not involve as vigorous of climb, but of course my dad did not find it so it was not "the best way" We got some nice deer out of there though and the memories are awesome !!!!!!
  18. Nice, looks like the freezer will be full.
