    Thank you to all on this site who served, and are serving now ! I look forward to hunting w/ my dad this upcoming weekend, he always tells me a few stories about his days in the Navy, ( Japan, Phillipines, and the Korean War) although I have heard many of them, I appreciate hearing them again and more importantly appreciate being able to hunt with him.

    Sweet old Bill, How difficult is it to make your own arrows ? Can a dummy like me do it, or do you need some sort of skill and special tools? Thanks

    My son saw lot of scrapes and rubs in 3C, he also saw an 8 chasing does on Sunday afternoon (too far for a shot). My hunting partner saw same 8 and a 6 chasing does yesterday morning while he took kids to bus stop.

    I wish I would have taken up bow hunting a long time ago. Have been a hunter since 16 or 17, I'm now 48. The experience and EXTRA time I have had hunting over the last 3 years has been amazing, helped by the fact that the very 1st time in the stand with my bow, I was able to shoot a deer ( the one in my avatar). This year I've been out every weekend since it started.
