I usually just chug the wine as it fries....That takes care of any taste issues as well...lol A friend of mine adds just enough cinnimon ito the flour dredge to color it. It is amazing the flavor that imparts to the venison ...nice hint of flavor iif you like cinnimon.

I never do the flour. Just salt pepper and fried in butter. I think just like th erest of deer meat if should be medium rare to Medium at most. gotta be pink. Heart over cooked to me gets like over cooked squid....rubber bands!!!

I was shot for waterfowl...then for all game on Federal lands. Hang on to your hat for long gun and pistol ammo soon to come.

yes but in the regulations there is a limit on the amount you can use. i don't recall what it was. I seem to remember like an ounce and a half or something. It ins't much but not a lot is required for a honey burn. That is one sicky sweet smell.

I have been trying to bring people back to work for last 3 months and they are declining becasue they have unemployment left and have pulled money out of their pensions (10's of thousands)These wer positions that were paying 34-38 and hour. In March they will be calling to go back to work when the cash runs out and they won't have enough monry for gas to get to the first weeks work. Happens every year but is a lot worse since the benefits have beeb extended so much. As an Employer there is no mechanism to report a declined position to stop benefits.

I shoot 165 grain Sierra Game Kings in my handloads. I believe his was one of the bullet offereings in the Federal premiums I shot until last year.. Have always had apass through on Deer even through 2 shoulders. and on 2 bears and 2 Caribou.

Hold onto the tag since duck season is right aruond the corner. Go out and get at least 2 lake ducks of your choosing. gut and skin and place in a large pot with a pint of chicken broth and potatoes, carrots and I like a few parsnips in there. Add about a dozen pearl onions. bring to boil and after 45 minutes add an old work boot. (I am sure the tag can be substitued at this point) . tuns heat down and simmer for another 4 hours. Remove from heat. Remove the duck and thrown in the compost heap and eat the boot.

Check your calliber. I thinnk you had a miss print. Sure the box didn't say 20mm amored personnel rounds?....lol

I shot the Fed Prem's for years in the 165's. Are you having issues with them or is it the sticker shock since they raised the price from 28 to over 40? THey shot beautifully for me but the price was the killer.

OK lets forget the term Doe permits and try it this way. For those with bowhunting and/or Muzzleloadig priveledges it is another either sex tag...just like your original bow/ML either sex tag.
