  10. Favorite... Hmm. I pack a pile when I head out but the one that seems to work the best is a diaphragm called "raspy old hen". It's my go to call if I have a hung up bird, or if I need one to sound off to locate after he's off the roost. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  11. Sucked. Not many kills. I think there was 8 Yotes and 20ish fox. 14 of those came from the 1st place team from Broome county. 68 teams total. Weather was harsh and the fur wasn't moving much. I know I made a mistake by leaving erie and hunting catt county sat night Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  12. Just an FYI. It's a 75 degree difference from my last yote hunt.... Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  13. Ditto. I have 2 different UA bases always followed by 1 of 2 different scentblocker merino layers. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  14. Hunting: Can't kill em on the couch Fishing: Can't catch em on the couch Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  15. U guys have some nasty looking squirrel blasters !!! Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  16. Eh. Depending on the usual factors I think there's good odds he will add some mass and some inches. Tough to tell by pics but I'd guess 4-5 meaning he's either peaked this year or next. Either way, he could lose 10-20" and still be a stud. My personal opinion is I would hope he gains inches but be more than satisfied to kill a mature deer like him no matter what on his head !!!! My personal best was bigger the prior year @ 5.5. Thankfully I had the pics to show that, but when they get that age they are trophys no matter what. Again, good luck !!! 17. Angry puppy, angry puppy, go to bed. Lol. Nice catch ! Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  18. Small world. Ain't that something !! Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

  20. Seems the raisins out here taste like $**t. Sorta like old corn and rotten grass.... Weird Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  21. Well if he's alive this year, please share those pics. I'll bet that deer blows up with some mass and a bit more spread and height. Gonna be a giant !! Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  22. Make some more memory's that will outlast me. Enjoy every minute on stand Be thankful for every opportunity that I'm given Secure some new ground to hunt Get TF's daughter on a long beard Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  23. Pay the 30$ for the onX maps app. Start looking around and see who's got nice spots. It will give you the address. Knock on some doors. Most folks will allow Yotes where as deer is hard to come by. Good luck ! Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
  24. I have the lightweight hunter in 308 for long walks / drives in the rifle zone Through the crap on a drive I'll take the ole 870 open sights in shotgun zone If I had to shoot through some twigs I'd prefer the savage 220 as it will thread needles but much prefer to not take those shots Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
