  1. 1st are always special. Looks good enjoy it!
  2. Nice video! Did you shoot him a second time or was the first shot lethal?
  3. Thank you all, it was a wonderful day!
  4. That is pretty cool. We have one like that in Northport. It's on land that was donated to the town. You wouldn't know the cemetery is in there. Its off one of the trails and the town put a plaque on a large rock. It lists all the early settlers names youngest to oldest. Most headstones fell over or were vandalized. It's a neat place with a giant oak tree right in the middle.
  5. Find out where they have other solar farms and go talk to the lease owners there. I'm in a wind lease and did such a thing and it was very informative.
  6. That's dinner for tonight!
  7. I have used it and the results were good. Deer really like it so give it a shot.
  8. Sorry for your loss.
  9. Went with my buddy, his daughter and mine. We were in Cablevisions suite. It was amazing being right behind the bench and the suite was out of this wold! Something we will always remember!
  10. Beer and stadium food at the Ranger game tonight! We are sitting right behind the bench in Dolans suite!! Two middle aged guys with their two daughters, can't miss us!!!
  11. X-bows don't bother me one bit. In fact I see myself using one down road at some time. If someone wanted to hunt my property with one it would be fine. You will always have some newbies harvesting big deer their first few times out. I wouldn't look down on this as taking away my chance to get a big one with my bow. I would be thankful this hunter was able to harvest the deer without wounding it. My wall will have a spot one day for a deer that was killed with the x-bow and it won't feel or look any different than the ones up there to date.
  12. First off go out and buy a lot of patience! Second wear clothes that are comfortable and suited for temps and precipitation. Practice in these clothes when shooting especially the jacket you will be wearing. Lastly have fun, It's mostly a waiting game but if you put in your time scouting you could shorten the wait! GL
  13. Just today http://money.cnn.com/2016/03/29/investing/earthquakes-fracking-usgs-oil-gas/index.html?iid=hp-toplead-dom
  14. Pretty good match. What do you mean by slipping?
  15. Very nice Joe. Looking forward to the hunts!
  16. On the size I wouldn't make them that big. Just put it by a major travel route from bedding to corn.
