I had the same feeling when I blamed myself for my son not getting a shot at a nice buck a few years ago....came in too fast and got too close, I rushed him and the buck caught our movement....beat myself up for awhile after that.....I honestly think I felt worse then he did, but like the others have already said, you did good no matter what the outcome was.

All I could find was the prohibited sale as well..... no mention of use that I could find.

how you like the scope it came with? I ran out and replaced it right away with a Nikon...other then that I'm happy with mine.

and, if I recall correctly, didn't many of the AR compliant manufacturers recently notify owners that NYS told them that even the one's they have been making are no good? something along the lines of anything being built on an AR frame is considered an assault weapon...or something like that.

yeah, too bad many form an opinion based on one's appearance or how they perceived his lifestyle......I'm a big fan of older Country music, but if you look at some of those guys, they were some of the biggest drug users, drunks and whatever else that was out there......

I've heard that a longer axle to axle compound has a similar feel to a recurve/longbow......if that makes any sense, or even possible. If you're going to want to stick to shooting with your fingers that's the way to go. If you're going to a release and short axle to axle, forget about comparing it to either.

I kinda like being forced to stop hunting at noon....there are so many other things to do that time of year that I almost look forward to it ending. It doesn't bother me one bit.

roughly $2000ish.......pretty sure they can do it without you even knowing they did it as far as messing the existing lawn up.

I hear they're attracted to the sound of beer cans being popped open....give that a try, usually gotta call pretty steadily for at least an hour or two.

good point, I've bought quite a few used electronics and try them out the second I get them.....

is this a business you run or just a random sale? If it were me, and it was a business that may get negative reviews, whether or not true, I would request that he return it for inspection prior to a refund......unless it was a fairly inexpensive item, then I'd just return the $$, but that's only if I had a business selling them. I would think a private sale 2 months old doesn't require that.....
