Just to let you know, & not sure what you want but Dicks has all their camo on an unadvertised sale now & some at 50% off. At least at the Dicks in the Buffalo area. I always did the layered thing but I think its time to get rid of the cotton stuff & update for me. Too much sweat, damp & cold then.

Been going to Cartwrights for the last 3 yrs. one of the few places that have buckwheat pancakes, goooooood! There is another small place on rt. 98 just north(1mile) of Arcade that is good also. & Moores in Freedom. I have been to most around , love that real maple syrup!

I feel the same way, When I took my pistol corse the instructor said a 22 mag. would work nicely. I am opting for a 16ga. or 12ga. pump. with buck shot myself. I figure one those will do a job.

So many, most of them when hunting with my father & brother. Goose, pheasant, deer, rabbit, all of it. All the laughs, different camps we were at & fun with friends . Some of the shots taken. One time myself & brother empied our guns on a 8pt. running the edge of the woods we were in the open field dad says are you 2 done, he takes his 40 yd. shot & the deer (going full speed)drops & slides into a tree dead as a door nail! Dad says there go get it! Then as getting older learning it wasn't all about the kill but just being out in the woods all together.

How do you like this pistol, I have been considering one myself.

A friend of mine just took a class given buy a retired cop & a lawyer. They said you do not want to be the aggresser, don't shoot if the intruder is leaving,(in the back or driving away), & shoot to kill. But either way your troubles will just begin & you will be getting sued by someone & might be the one going to jail! And then they want to take our right away to self defense. WTH!

40 yrs. ago that was a common sight along rds. & r/r tracks. Sure wish they would come back like turkeys did! I never thought I would have to pay $25 a bird to shoot a pheasant! I have 2 cock birds mounted from Ransomville area I shot 40+ yrs. ago they had 21" & 22" tail feathers, big birds at the time.

Doc has the whole list correct, I think the Buffalo guy (Dum Paul) has too much hi tech. equip. & doesn't know how to read it. He shows the radar pic. ,all the clouds & snow & rain are pass us & he tells us how bad our weather is going to be & we get nothing everything happens east of us! I beleive at times I can read the pic. better than him. The other problem is getting a marine forecast in the Buffalo area. they say waves will be 3'-4' footers & the lake (erie) is flat as a pancake, or we go on the lake when they say its 1 ft. or less & there are 4'ers & we are hanging on for our lives! They are messed up!

I put a 20 ga. rifled barrel on my H&R 2yrs ago & the thing is dead on at 100 yds.with 1&1/4 groups. (Fyi) I found that Hornady Sst shoot the best with with Fusion coming in a close 2nd. The gun is enjoyable to shoot & hunt with. I use it hunting on damp/wet days & the ML. on nice days during shot gun season. Have fun with it.

I have done this a few times does work well. I hang deer from barn rafter, cut around the neck cut legs off at knees & slit the hide up the legs (it helps) , back up withthe 4x4 & it peels right off.

Why can't NY. have these Recall elections like they did in Colorado & get rid of the state Reps. that lied when they took their oath & did not uphold their state constitution & do what they said they would do when running for office? They had a revote & ousted 2 of them & replaced them with pro gun ppl.
