    How long an edge lasts while in use really depends on quality/hardness of steel. Stuff like s30v will hold an edge longer than most knife steels but will also be harder to sharpen. Carbon steel is pretty easy to get very sharp but dulls quicker. You may not be doing anything wrong Moho.

    Makes the tip of your arrow your aiming point at a set distance. Then you move tip up or down on target if farther or closer. Works well. But you need to tune your arrow for it. Most set the crawl for a 20-25yd point on.

    By the way, shooting with a fixed crawl is very effective. Not my thing but I know it works. Better with a longer bow though.

    Try to keep draw hand as relaxed as possible, find a repeatable anchor, shoot 3 under and learn some sort of aiming technique. You can definitely be ready by next season skillet. Oh and keep it fun. Don’t get frustrated when your shooting slumps at times. It will happen. Just put bow down and come back another day. You got this.

    It just keeps them around and encourages more of it. I know my ignore feature has been activated for a couple of members. Would love it if their threads stopped surfacing. But to each his own. I learned my lesson already.

    One of the reasons I much prefer hunting from stands at height. Not that every shot is ok from a stand but shooting down helps to minimize concerns.

    For what it’s worth Larry, Sitka 3xl fits me pretty good generally. Definitely a bit more of an athletic cut. I have stratus jacket and bibs, incinerator bibs, down pour jacket and pants and fanatic vest among a few other items all in 3xl.
