So far carried this along a bean field and into the thicket . Two trips only took an hour of carring . Another hour of final assembly and some trail clearing . off to kill some mice in the hut, then home

That came out good ! When Samantha was 16 she rear ended a car that was waiting to turn into Eastview Mall, she got the same ticket .Her insurance co. paid the claim, my Nephew got the ticket reduced,to a two,point one instead of three . Her insurance never went up .

Did a Bahama cruise out of South beach , sure it was nice and I’m sure you’ll have a good time, I found the food just OK . The rooms small, although we only slept in them . The trips to the islands were good , and all I really cared about, not into the ships nightclubs or gambling. We signed up for snorkeling trips on the islands which was very good, as well as the one beach we went to . All in all I prefer an all inclusive on the beach . It was well run ,and they move you on and off the ship very fast, no lines to speak of .

Thanks very much. I’m also abstaining from alcohol for while as well as eating clean . Ok,it’s only been two days, but I can find an excuse everyday so trying to start strong , and go through Sept.

I got a cigar box of “old” coins that were my father in laws , he died 20 years ago. It seems such a task to go through them one by one . Maybe I’ll leave them to my kids, who won’t go through them either .

Ok , I’m retired and when I was working I never cared about rec fires, but folks would call them in a lot . It’s often because of a neighbor issue, they don’t like you , you’re to loud ,the smoke bothers them and so on. So you guys will know what’s what’s and how to handle it. NYS code, a rec fire just on the ground, has to be 25 feet from a structure, and shed and fences count , if it’s in a pit 15 feet I don’t carry a tape measure either . There must be a means to,put it out . I’d ask if there was a garden hose hooked up to the house , the dumb ones would say no..... I’d ask again . Oh and size is 3 foot diameter, with a 2foot high pile , max . Again I never cared but that’s the code. In the city we’d have folks burning old dresser draws on the apartment parking lot,that’s mostly the type we put out . It can’t be left unattended, it must be put out when you go inside for the night . We never went looking for,them and frankly hated going for them , it is ALWAYS a neighbor complaint , so,invite them or at least get along .

Ya mine doesn’t do,well at those places . So we either go for a few days when the nurse daughter can stay here, or another retired friend ( arson investigator) will stay here for $25 a day and he walks our dog a lot .

Looks like a good time, good for you ! My wife and the daughter who,lives in Buffalo are going to Cocoa Beach end of Sept, beginning of October , her friend owns two,condos one on East and one on a West coast . Sadly I have to stay home and take care of the dog .........

This is the tree I shot my buck from last year, one doe and one other buck passed by at 15 yards before i killed him . You can see how large the raccoon looks, I was below him just where the pic .ends .Trunk was about the diameter of a coffee can . Seat of stand was 15 foot from ground, pretty much open from stand to deer. Spot them first pick carefully when you move .

I’m done with small wimpy ladderstands, well I got a couple up, but I have three of theses now ,platform to the tree, top and bottom straps and a much stronger ladder. Only issue is 75# shipping weight, but I carried this one in and put it up myself , well did not ratchet it yet waiting for a guy to foot it .

Ya it’s like walking on carpet with your slippers on, if you’re the type to wear slippers .... That goes to my best stand for deer , numbers wise, a big ladder in a triple tree, that’s so my daughter can find it without me guiding her ( we go in the dark OD .)

I find this works well. Honestly most of my stands are a 30-40 yards in, and I go,in as it’s getting light .

Wondering if they wand you at the entrance? I’ve carried a pocket knife most every day, since I was ten, just don’t feel proper without one . Ive snuck it passed many detectors at many places , but not sure if I want to try with Troopers all,over the place . They seldom wand your lower legs / feet , other times I’ve just put it behind my phone , as they ask you to hold your phone and keys in an outstretched hand lol . Never minded trying to sneak it passed security , don’t want to mess around with NYSP . FAQ says “you may be Wanded . Thanks

Not sure but I think 25 yards, I seldom shoot farther , sometimes 30 in practice.
