The Monroe county clerk is hosting the Bob Lonsberrry show today . He got the numbers from the state poilce , in MC there are well over 50,000 permit holders the vast number of them more then 5 years old, only 13,000 have done recertification . State wide about 100k have done it , not sure of total numbers of state wide holders . He said last year 2,700 applied , and that was an all time high, so let's use 2,500 per year for the last 5 that's 12,500, which means about 40,000 would need to recert. yet only 13.000 have so far .Should make for an interesting January . Our paper ones are sitting in the kitchen waiting for last minute mailing .

I've got a small grill that size but built like a tank, with a cook top cover as well, runs off a 4 LB lpg tank. Great for camping and such , free to any member who wants to grab it, Webster near 104. It was my Dads , trying to get rid of stuff that's just been sitting here .

I'm a handgun guy, but I gotta say I group better at 30 yards with my bow then any of my handguns except perhaps my 6 inch DW .22 . I've owned a 4 inch SW .357 for idk 30 years great gun but I don't get 3 inch groups at 30 yards . NYS is one of only a few states with this law, and in all those other states it's not caused any of the sky is falling , stick an arrow in a gun hole, stuff that comes up everytime this is brought up . Personally id say half the bow hunters I know carry, it's called concealed for a reason.

Well I can get one for bow ,two in gun first round two more second round , farm gives me two dmaps and I could get two signed over . That's nine I no longer ML so I'm not sure about those .8h . i only get the two farm tags , as I really don't want much meat, my buck is enough for the wife and I and if my daughter whacks one that's way to,much . Last year we took 3 nice sized ones, gave a bunch away and still freezer is pretty full . I have a friend who grew up poor up North they lived on frogs, fish and deer ( sometime poached ) today he owns a factory and a water front home , he says " if I have to hunt for my food I've got bigger problems then the size of my buck ."

I wouldn't run to the Mail box, if Iowa tags were in it, I hate running that much ! But tomorrow I'll walk the dog around the block .

Any seat I ever covered with plastic bag , became a nice squirrel nest ! I always pack in a cushion , except when using my large stand that has a mesh chair seat that folds up .

Less then one ticket for next weekends games in Pittsburgh . ill,post my Iron City beer next weekend ! There is also a beer festival that week end, but arriving Sat. Afternoon , we won't have time before the game . If I'd have known might have gone Fri for a day at the festival .

Let me call them. Id bet they have all their vacation time locked up now. They mostly deer hunt and rifle . Roger the one who,lives in Monatana bow hunters there . Biz were talking Montana although my buddy in Washingon has killed Blacktails in Washingon , but it's tough hunting an he mostly goes to Montana to hunt . If you or Biz Or Phade ever want to whitetail and Mully hunt Monatana rifle that's an easy set up for me they go a few times a year, we camp in a cabin tents , Fun time .
