if there is electricity available, it will depend how far from the road or closest pole. My electric company provided the first 500 feet and than it was like $10 a foot. i think it cost me around $150?

Grow I put down 112lbs of Oats and 100LBs of WR. I disced, cultipacked, broadcasted seed and cultipacked again. Knowing how much it was going to rain i never would have cultipacked the first time. I will wait till the 20th and if It needs to be redone I will than.

I planted 2 acres of oats and WR Sunday. Rains came Sunday night and Monday night. Washed out the plot. Over 3 inches of rain under 30 min.

I had my place broken into twice but did call the state police. They stopped my house atleast once a night to check it for a couple of months. Since than i got a alarm installed and installed trail cam cams in the house. The bottom line is, if someone once to get in they will! It sucks!

Tag soup doesn't taste so good but I have the last 6 years on my NY property(doesn't include doe kills). It's just my choice but I hold out for a mature buck, could have taken great 2 1/2 year olds but I don't hunt by rack size. Also, keep in mind I film my hunts and I need to get the shot on film as well.

applying urea can be tricky. I like to disc in my urea before I plant. Applying urea after plants have emerged you will need to apply right before a rain. Urea can burn your plants and left on top of ground the Nitrogen will release into the air and not the soil.

I have always planted my grains labor day weekend - Sept 15th. They usually are quick growers and I tend to want lush new growth! Candy Candy Candy to those deer!
