    Personally, I like a sight that has some heft to it for a hunting bow,I used a bullet proof on my last bow and I put a Rush black gold on my Z28 , in a perfect world we wouldn't bang our bows around in the woods but I feel more comfortable with a good solid sight ,not those plastic crap ones they put on the ready to shoot bows. The Pure is getting the HHA Optimizer lite simply because I wanted a a good quality adjustable single pin.

    One way to keep a dog calm is with benedryl,it kicked our dogs butt so we had to switch to a diffrent ki d of allergy medication.

    A couple weekends ago i took my friends big red to the top of the hill to hang a trail camera before we left and a doe was running right next to me and then stopped running , they don't give a crap unless you chase them or hit them with it.

    I'm not the type of person to let stuff like that go , i would make trouble for him every chance i could. Nothing crazy or life threatening like that but i would not let it go.

    It weird how the rut is not consistent across the state , my buddy was hunting java yesterday and an absolute monster was in the middle of a field for an hour feeding about 40 yards from a few doe and never paid much attention to them.

    Just came in for some delicious home made chicken soup. Sounds innocent enough , well my buddies dog comes in the room pawing at his ear for a bit and then shakes his head and a giant piece of black something with hair in it stuck to my hand holding the spoon. WTF bad dog!

    Nice blanket of snow this morning,not super windy on top of the hill but breezy. Kicked something up at the bottom of the hill while it was still dark.

    I went from 5 weeks off a year at my last job to a week off (spoiled autoworkers)

    Im still on the verge of being forced in on saturday ,i have monday off to hunt so that would screw things up. Luckily, they can force me in on saturday but can't force me to stay the whole shift ,so i may miss saturday morning .
