Handgun Night Sights; Type & Installation?
Lawdwaz replied to Lawdwaz's topic in Guns and Rifles and Discussions
Last week I stopped at a local place that has been around since the 70's but recently went to new ownership. They had nothing in stock but of course said they could order in what I wanted......I don't think I'd trust them to installing them. Now that the Buffalo Gun Center is gone, I don't know who's the best stocked dealer? -
As common as xbow hunters using their weapons all archery season? Probably more common.

Handgun Night Sights; Type & Installation?
Lawdwaz replied to Lawdwaz's topic in Guns and Rifles and Discussions
2 Tritium “viles” in the rear and one for a front sight. Google Trijicon, Ameriglo, Truglo or others for “night sights”. You’ll get more information from the web than from me right now…….Zzzzzzz out go the lights. -
Handgun Night Sights; Type & Installation?

I'd like to get some night sights on the Glock 21 and THINK I've settled on the Trijicon HD XR. I don't know if I'll be able to find them locally and if I don't, I don't know about installing them myself. I'm sure some here have installed their own; did you use a sight pusher or just drift them in? What kind do you like? -
I would offer my hand for a bottle of Jamison. Lol

The battery back up at my father's house ran for 5 days during the ice storm here in 2006. Every house is different as you know; he doesn't get near as much as me. I've seen battery back up and water powered back ups fail. No system is perfect and every house is different.

It was very minor but as you can see from the elaborate setup, I was dealing with a very frustrated engineer. Lol

Top this!!! It was a customer’s house when I was in the water restoration business. The problem was a sanitary sewer backed up!! (Black water)

I considered doing this today myself but had a productive day scheduled. Maybe next year? Skillet is probably taking notes…….

Yesterday afternoon I saw a strutting gobbler on Genesee St, just east of the Tops warehouse. Fugg turkeys.

Moog……I’ve met my match. I was going to drag this sucker off the sidewalk at Target and bring it to you as a house warming gift. Sadly, instead I think I soiled my drawers. Maybe some more peanut brittle is a better idea?
