I would say creekside. I was pretty young at the time but I remember walking around amazed at all the guns!! -
My uncle (a farmer) says he runs over a ton of sheds in the fields with his tractor tires.

Agreed, with this weather and all the other things going on its been a challenge to get the saw in motion. We added a bunch more acreage and want to dive into enhancing it but have decided to wait a yr and get a better understanding on how this large block of woods is used by deer.

Grow.. check out Pheasants forever, I think its their winter blend seed. Corn, sunflowers, bw and sorghums. Each yr they mail me a $10 gander mountain gift card for purchasing seed thru them. Im 6'4 and the sf are as tall or taller than me.

Yeah its crazy. I just had mine filled a couple weeks ago. Im really hoping I can make it till spring. Have had the fireplace insert crankin but its not big enough to heat the whole house when temps get this low. Neighbors are working on getting a natural gas line down our rd. Most if not all are on board so hopefully it will happen!!

Sadly the longer im hear the deeper my roots grow. If it weren't for family id be looking at Ohio, Kentucky or Tennessee Mnts for sure. Avoid Florida.. I heard its called god's waiting room

Agreed, GM is deff pricy and will close at some point. Seems like there is less and less merchandise and more floor space. I also heard a rumor that dicks was going to eliminate the hunting section.

cc, I took an old murray push mower and jacked it up. I attached 2x4's to the mower and then attached the wheels to the bottom of the 2x4's. It now cuts at 6 inches. Works great!!

Deff looking forward to the season (and warmer weather). I am a bit concerned with the near zero sign tho. Our property was at its peak 3-5 yrs ago, and now is at the lowest point. NWTF says NY population is down 20%.

Its typically higher than if you were selling your home. In a lot of cases a piece of land may sell for $70k vs $150k for a house. If I were you id give it a try yourself first. It could take awhile. Exposure is key and with the web (heck u could probably sell it on here) you can have the same exposure affect as a realtor.

I have the 2013 f-150 crewcab. I chose the 5.0l vs the ecoboost. Mileage isn't really any different plus the v8 sounds way better. Im averaging around 18.5 mpg. Ford sells the most for a reason!!
