    I’m on the western side near the boarder in Charlton.

    5R 10/21 Scrapes opened up for the first time. More buck movement on cams. 2.5 yr old half rack “Baby Face” making his presence known in the community scrapes. (Two different locations)

    I’m not a fan of this tilted tree I’m in. Keep sliding off my seat. First sit since 10/1, busy and warm weather kept me out. This poor guy is busted up already

    It is so condensed there that I would have a hard time considering that fair chase. That is definitely not the place to introduce the masses to hunting.

    Before you go down a rabbit hole with this I want to let you know that Salmonrun is a retired Lt from our county sheriffs department. I can 100% gaurentee he knows more on these type subjects than you.

    I changed mine years ago from a no to a yes in favor of them. I don’t have to hunt with one or with any one that hunts with one if I chose too. I do not care if someone else uses one. If it helps more folks get into hunting and bow hunting great. I am still going to be able to kill deer each year where ever I hunt. As NyAntler has said in the past maybe folks should just “shut up and hunt”.

    Spruce Grouse or regular Grouse? If Spruce the DEC would love to hear about it. There might be less than 75 left in NY. Forever Wild is the worst thing for wildlife.

    Derrthug, check this out on the forum. Way better gun than the Stoeger or A300.

    Both come with shims for adjustments. I'd go with the Stoeger, he can always upgrade later if he wants.

    Just paper tune it. Speed doesn't equal accuracy, carry on.

    Yup weak spine. Two options, 1 turn the weight down on your bow. 2 Buy property spined arrows. The charts manufacturers use are based on a 28 inch arrow most times. I went through this a few years ago with a 70# draw and a 29 inch DL. Had to go with the .300 spine. Try dropping the weight to 60-65.

    I read the same about the dl running long on them. One test had it at 29.5, that's close and you can have Moog twist the string to gain another 1/4. I say go for it. You can always flip the bow if need Beto get your money back. Long d loops don't change the draw length FYI, only the anchor point.

    One time Pygmy sent me an eye patch. Turns out it was his thong. It is a good site to redistribute hunting goods to a good home. I have been on both sides of the equation. Good people.

    Zero lost, two hair cuts. That's spread over 25 years of bow and at least 25 bow kills. Tracking makes the difference.
