Well I have started this year by setting my archery stands in pine trees so I don't get busted when the leaves drop, however I wear a gander mtn hat/ mask combo, it dosent interfere with my kisser. Sometimes I paint if I'm out all day.
I e never had a problem killing them in 70 degree weather, you just need to find the right spot as there is a lot of food and they don't need to travel as much.
That's the same way here in 7s, we have a high first chance but no second chance so everyone gets a 7r ( high second) and uses that tag in 7s. I actually have land in both zones so it works out for me.
I always keep my finger behind the trigger while drawing. Another hint of advice. Never draw your bow with a release and no arrow on it. Releases can fail Causing dry fires.
