Hey I was wondering if you guys knew a site that I could punch in the model number, type of a couple guns and find out what they were worth?

Hey I brew beer and would love to get some hops. it takes alot of hops to do a batch of beer though.

Last year I got a recipe on how to make your own sent killer and of course I missplaced it. I was wondering if you guys had a recipe for the stuff.

Last year I was behind a guy and he ripped off hiw two dmp locations and he got denied for both. He didn't even know they wern't giving any out in those area's. The guy behind the counter just punched them in and he got denied. Then he looked at the sheet saying where you could get them and was like that was stupid. The guy said he couldn't go back and reput in new choices. I would think you would look at the sheet before you choose you areas.

Alright I have been in the woods and made sure my main stand is clear and cleared a new one. So I am in good shape have pics of does moving through the area and I know bucks move through there. I am going to stay out now. I grabbed my goose calls this morning and started practicing my calls for September. People look at me wierd when I drive down the road calling geese. Man I can't wait to get out there. I might have to go squirrel hunting to get this itch out.

I tend to be the most luckly in the first weekend of the bow season deer aren't presured yet and in the normal pattern. I hunt high pressured areas and it tend to work out the best. Then the rut pushes the bucks out again and you start seeing them moving. Those have been my best times since I started hunting and I have kept a journal since I was in college. All the years pattern pretty closly.

No kidding I talk to people and they all say there are a ton of rabbits around. They all seem to dissapear when season come around. Even though they disapear I still put some in the freezer.

Quatering to shots suck I know. I took one last year and it wasn't fun. I still kick myself for it.

The one doe looks like it has floppy ears that is neat.

Something bright to wear moving from stand to stand driving etc is just a good idea. I tend to not wear Orange on stand I take it off so I am not spotted. Don't know why I do it but if I move I put the orange back on.

I can't bring myself to get a sling either. Although I work super close to a hunting spot and could get an hour in a tree after work. So i think a sling would be perfect. I have to think about it though. They scare me too.

That is the fun of useing a recurve I think. Most of my stnad locations are in funnels and very tight quarters so if something does come through I have a chance. I do know what you mean I had three bucks come in all in the same day last year and they all stood out of range. It was super cool to watch them though. Two of them were 4-6 pointers and the other could have been a small 8 or a decent 6. I have trained myself not to stair at the antlers or I get the shakes. So I don't really know what they are untill they are down. Good luck this season.

I have to stand up to shoot. My bow is at least 5.5' long there is no shooting sitting down unless I kick way sidways then that screws up the shot. I tend to sit still longer but go back and forth

It isn't the end of the world to lose one mount. Like you said u have to pick your battles

Very sorry to hear that. I just asked because a local East Greenbush man was in a bike accident and he was in his thirty's. People these days just need to slow down and pay attension. Again sorry for your loss and we are all here for ya.

That one with the 270 was another smart one. The guy video taping should be standing in front of the guy shooting the gun. That is one major rule of shooting.

They all are nice deer and tast good too.
