When do you guys that use the boot warmers put them in your boots? Only when your feet start to get cold? Before your walk to the stand? Also how is the fit in the boot? I have 1000 gram insulated boots and my feet still get cold sitting in the morning. I wanted to try some of those boot warmers.

This is always my biggest fear. Usually about the time I climb up in the stand......uh oh. Some of you must get up two hours early to pack and prep all this food!

I have a Peet dryer but prior to that I just set them upside down over heater vent in the house. They'd always dry by morning although obviously it depends on how often your heat kicks on.

Failed to take heed of your warnings that his conduct was unethical and illegal and you would be forced to take action if it didn't stop. Just because they are family doesn't mean they can break the law and hunt with no regard to ethics. I would say normally you give them an ultimatum to either stop the behavior or you'll call the dec. It sounds like this has been going on for a long time though so I doubt you'd have much success. I certainly wouldnt hunt with them and truthfully I'd seriously consider turning them in.

FML I have three Gorilla King Kong HX's. No sign of this yet on mine thank god but they are only 1-2 years old. I do leave my stands up year round though which won't help.

We were seeing a lot of deer early in season but this last week nobody has seen any of them. I dunno what's going on.

So let me get this straight..... 1. You wait all week to hunt then decide to sleep in for the morning hunt. 2. You get out in the afternoon and sit for 2 hours before deciding to move. 3. You wander around looking for sign and/or another place to sit 4. You become distracted by mushrooms you found along the way and decide to go mushroom picking. 5. Big deer happens to wander by while you're picking mushrooms and you stick him. Do I have this right? If I was you I'd go buy a lotto ticket.
