  1. Found these sitting in my parents cold cellar. Have to be 25+ years old, lol. Wish they were some nice stouts or such. Don't think I'll be drinking these
  2. I've had a Field and Stream one forever. I use it everyday for deer and turkey hunting. Never a broken zipper, rip, nothing ! A shoe repair place may be able to fix your strap.
  3. Not a huge Hi Point fan of any kind.. Would make a great boat anchor IMO But the answer to your question is not legal unless registered like others have stated.
  4. Need my addy to send some? Those sound awesome!
  5. My 10/22 feeds everything and boy did they mess up a red squirrel ! We'd shoot a brick a weekend
  6. During Spring turkey season I use a strut seat. Only sit a few inches off the ground. Don't see how it wouldn't be comfy during deer season. Although if I'm going to climb down from stand and walk and sit, I'll sit on my backpack. Have eaten many a smushed sammiches to confirm this : )
  7. Cool video. Leave a snorkel or two and see what they do : )
  8. Found this http://www.cabelas.com/product/Remingtonreg-870-Replacement-Shotgun-Barrels/705659.uts?Ntk=AllProducts&searchPath=%2Fcatalog%2Fsearch.cmd%3Fform_state%3DsearchForm%26N%3D0%26fsch%3Dtrue%26Ntk%3DAllProducts%26Ntt%3Dshotgun%2Bbarrels%26x%3D0%26y%3D0%26WTz_l%3DHeader%253BSearch-All%2BProducts&Ntt=shotgun+barrels&WTz_l=Header%3BSearch-All+Products And with the new store opening up you could find it there. Not cheap IMO
  9. You must be young. I can remember getting Yellow Jackets for about $10.
  10. Have had a Summit Viper for a number of years. I use it a lot. Dark til dark for days on end. It's so comfy it's like sitting in a Lazy boy recliner.
  11. I've heard Indians used to run down deer, each taking turns running after it until tiring and another would take over. I may have even read a thread on here about it.
  12. It's another " dead mountain lion in flatbed of pickup truck" pic floating around ?! Who's seen that one over the years ? It's been killed in soooo many places over the years
  13. Pic sent from a friend . Java
  14. I'd pass. No desire to shoot a bear
  15. Egret is still hanging out. Saw it again this morning and with a friend, a great blue heron within 30 ' of egret. Wish I owned a nice camera.
  16. Points for the longest drag of them dang SOB's ?! ( about a mile ) Hoping thru brambles, beaver swamp and trout stream land me extra
  17. Yup, sister from Farmingville trying to fly here from JFK right now. Lots of delays. Said 11 inches fell in a very short period of time. http://r.search.yahoo.com/_ylt=A0LEV7u2yOtT3F0AaOUPxQt.;_ylu=X3oDMTByODJtaWUzBHNlYwNzcgRwb3MDMwRjb2xvA2JmMQR2dGlkAw--/RV=2/RE=1407990071/RO=10/RU=http%3a%2f%2fwww.newsmax.com%2fTheWire%2flong-island-flooding-rainfall-storm%2f2014%2f08%2f13%2fid%2f588506%2f/RK=0/RS=4d4pSQJSp9o_K3xvyQdllbqaBQQ-
  18. Good read as I have a 12 year old daughter who loves to go with me. Thanks for sharing
  19. 9H (Eagle) Hour drive each way of dodging as many deer as I see in the woods. Hopefully this isn't my Subaru's year at one.
  20. That raises a question : Can I shoot sasquatch if I see one? They're here but no season for them. Going to get it mounted in a full Jack Links pose.
  21. I'm a stand hunter. Once in awhile I'll take a slow stroll to break up the day. I'm pretty sneaky and play the wind but dang it, they always spot me the instant I spot them. Have killed zero deer this way. I take my time and cover very little ground in a long time, watch where I'm stepping (sticks) . Guess I'm not as good as I think I am.
  22. Gander has sent me an email every day since Cabela's opening,
