Picked up a pair from Legendary Whitetails last year, worked well,a little pricey but as long as they work I am happy.

Manual defrost is a must for unheated garage, stand up is most convenient .When i bought one two years ago,Crosby was the only make that i could find that was manual defrosting.

Not sure about health laws, my grandfather would take his apples to mayer bros. years ago get them squeezed ,bring home 2 barrels, put it in glass gal jugs and sell at road stand,I am sure at that time it wasn't pasteurized.
-
My wife just showed me article in Buff snooze today, Cherry Bank Farm,Sanborn NY,fresh pressed and not pasteurized.
-
Pretty sure all cider at Tops,Wegmans,or Mayer bros. are all pasteurized ,I think if you head north up towards Lockport, there are small pressers who dont pasteurize their cider, which has to be kept refrigerated or it will sour.

I am 66,leased 1 car my whole life, spent more time watching the odometer than speedo.Owned pickups since i was 18,always bought the models i could afford, finally got the Lariet in 08.Always traded up ,got new bells and whistles with each new vehicle.Leasing works if you want more vehicle than you can afford, can stay under miles, and realize at the end of lease you have nothing and need to start over. Plenty of late model used trucks out there if you can find the right one.Good luck with whatever you decide.

The older we get the smarter we get, or more cautious we get.It is a piece of mind you will never regret using one. -

Great job here, family type operation, large cooler on site and will make anything you want.

Your trailer probably has about a 1000 lb gvwr, adding leaf springs without other changes is really a waste of money. That trailer was not made for 4000 bs,even if you made modifications, the axle itself is probably rated for 1000-1200lbs.

Its crazy, my brother has been doing those fields for 20 yrs and it seems like every summer each one of the jobs gets more extravagant, our tax dollars hard at work.
-
Funny how most of the schools dont have air, but they have money for artificial turf football, baseball and soccer fields.

I think its the hemorrhoides that run this state

Looking forward to fall, open windows, fresh air sleeping, really tired of listening to the air conditioner running.

Made a mistake about 10 years ago planting thornless blackberries next to red raspberries,I now have blackberries that are loaded with thorns and no red raspberries .Read a article about planting berry plants that stated to keep them apart or the will turn out like mine, of course when it was too late. -
Great detail, very nice

If your planning on a dock, get it in before it fills up, much easier to build without water. Looks great
