    I went to one fixed pin years ago when I realized that my average shot distance on probably 30 deer was around 12 yards. I sight in at 24. From 10-30 yards I don't even think about it, put the pin on the x and shoot. Out past 30 I hold high.

    Leased a new property, have only walked it once but have a couple places to start. It's got a sweet beaver pond on it full of wood ducks. Hung two stands at another property, but I mostly use my climber wherever I go

    Im going to wash clothes and get them hanging outside today. Still have arrows to cut.

    I killed a nice buck 11/9 two years ago at 11am and it was 76 degrees, maybe THATS the magic factor!

    i don't buy anything that isn't rain proof, from light to heavy. Our hunting weather is too unpredictable.

    forget the arrow saw and get the $25 little chop saw with the carbon wheel at Harbor Freight. 8,000 RPM works like a champ!

    I put $25 in draft kings and do head to head contests for a couple bucks. Just gives me a little more interest in the games

    one got hit on the highway in Albany a few years back I don't remember any further west though. Last year there was one in Mass right by the thruway toll at the NY border

    I fell asleep, what happened? Surely Manning took the sack, ran off 40 seconds, then they ran one more running play and either scored or turned it over with 5 seconds left on the one yardline right? Lol talk about horrible game management. Andy Ried could have done better!
