  1. Biz....Do you really feel they can beat the Broncos, Bengals, or the cheating Pats in the playoffs? I doubt they could even get past the Steelers? I am a Bills fan, so I dream each year, but I also am a realist. I do not see KC making the big game.
  2. Chiefs? That's a less then mediocre team most years. Even the mighty Joe Montana couldn't get it done for them Biz. Oh wait, you might be to young to remember Montana playing for them. Just kidding Biz. But in reality, I do not see the Chiefs getting past the Panthers. It might happen, but i don't see it. NE vs CAR will be the SB.
  3. Too bad, so sad......Fitting that the Bills put the nail in the coffin for the Jets. I said, Fitz isn't a true clutch player. Maybe he was feeling all nostalgic and threw to the Bills three times.
  4. Duck ( no I didn't shoot it, bought it ), baby red potatoes, and steamed broccoli.
  5. I didn't read the letter, or see the publication. But, hunting is already divided in NY. Has been for a long time. Seasons, well the NZ gun season gives about three weeks extra woods time if you have access. As for this thing with gun hunters "Spraying & Praying", "Vollying 5 rounds at deer", and "most gun hunters break the law"? That's BS and most know it. Any gun hunter on this site made a post boldly claiming they broke a law and were proud of it? I remember a bow hunter doing that. Most of us who post about gun hunting here spend time shooting, sighting, patterning, and making sure we know where our shots are and what range. We also try a ton of different ammo both rifle and shotgun to see what shoots best. Who care's? Just hunt! Grab your weapon of choice, and hunt!
  6. Mossberg 930 has combo's in that price. Down the road maybe a scope.
  7. LOL! You really are in the top ten biggest a$$ h0l3$ I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
  8. Really Law? Use the search option for coyotes. I don't need more slobs making fake accounts.
  9. Yeah, but try telling that to the people who think they are Gods or docile creatures.
  10. I wouldn't do this even if they paid me. It's just a hunt for Cornell to use as info and say that it's for the whole state. Cornell, DEC, same thing. In my humble opinion.
  11. The issue is that because some may not have coyote issue, or they think that Cornell is the absolute for NY ( Cornell studies cover about 1/7 of this state ). Just because your backyard is filled with the most adorable creatures, and they sparkle in the sun, doesn't mean other people don't have problematic predators.
  12. The second barrel is most likely a slug barrel. It should say what the barrel is for on the side. I wouldn't step back from a .270 rifle to a shotgun unless you are in an area that only allows shotguns.
  13. Probably not, too many people openy admit to be willing to break the laws and regs. I have no issues with being told no. That's just how it goes. Let me elaborate more. The part that was sad was seeing land that used to be good for hunting turned into condo's, and the lack of DEC doing any forestry on state land, except for clearing trails for hikers and cross country skiers.
  14. I was in three different shops when looking for my guns last summer, and all of them had signs up saying "All Muzzle Loading Firearms are now subject to NICS check". Didn't ask about it as I am not interested in a ML. You do all realize that Benjamin are owned by Crosman?
  15. Leftover game day munchies ( my hot wings, boxed mozz stix and poppers ) and pizza.
  16. OK, I was looking and came across this site; http://www.extremebigboreairrifles.com They seem to know what they are doing and talking about.
  17. Yeah, I just said that. One reduces the flash a bullet leaving the muzzle makes, and the other reduces the noise a bullet makes leaving the muzzle. The latter in my neck of the woods was always called a "silencer". I said and I could be wrong, but silencers haven't been legal in NY for the 30 years I have been hunting and using firearms.
  18. I made a comment about suppressors. I get they don't quite noise, but transfer the flash so it doesn't have the muzzle flash of a normal bullet exit. A silencer is meant to reduce or muffle the sound of muzzle blast noise. As far back as I can remember ( over 30 years ) silencers weren't legal in NY.
  19. Fitz is like one of those sparklers, he has his moments of dazzle, then fades out. He does have a habit/history of throwing to the wrong team, almost like he meant to do it. He also had an issue holding on the ball when scrambling. He better bring his "A" game as I am sure the Buffalo defense knows his tendencies and will be looking for turnovers.
  20. I remember well the first season the Panthers were in the NFL. They took most of the Bills roster including one of the best 2nd string/comeback QB's, Frank Reich ( then they benched him in the pre-season ). The Bills haven't recovered since. I am still somewhat of a Carolina fan, and I do hope they make the SB. Like I said in another topic, I am hoping for Carolina - Cincinnati. But, I will will be rooting for the Bengals all the way, that was my moms team. Sentimental thing.
