  1. He’s kinda one dimensional isn’t he
  2. The new owner Marcus lemon also owns camping world and has gotten himself in hot water with hunters over making anti hunting comments after trumps son posted pictures from a hunt. Basically said if you agree with trump don’t shop at my stores so a lot of hunters boycotted camping world and he felt the loss of profits and apologized. I had read they pulled all the mounted animals out and were concentrating on camping. But I am mistaken on that ..
  3. You might be disappointed, I have read the owner is very anti gun/ hunting.. guess it’s going to be more like a camping store..
  4. The stories my dad has told me about all the deer my granddad and my dad and my uncles have shot with the 300 , legal and illegal. But back then when times were tough on the farm the did what they had to do..
  5. The carters use a strap looped through the head with a buckle, i like to shoot my caliper with back tension so that’s one of the things I love about them you can really micro adjust your trigger pull length.
  6. The savage was my granddads and it’s a 300, and the Winchester is a Ted Williams branded 1400..
  7. The sad part is I have a savage 99 , Winchester semi 12 gauge , h and r 12 gauge (my first gun). And a Remington 870, that company may soon be gone.
  8. If your not dead set on carbon, Easton has their xx75 jazz line I believe they go down to 1214’s or something like that. As for a release a Carter quickie ( my whole family shoots carter quickie-1plus they are a exceptional caliper release ) has infinit adjustability and has a excelent trigger. You’d be better of buying her a high quality release that doesn’t load up or have excessive travel. I went through a bunch of sub par kids releases with my two boys when they were just starting and I could have bought them a quality release with all the money I spent and been done with it.. Also tell her two thumbs up for the bunny slipper’s ......
  9. If you were closer to me I would throw it in my sandblaster for ya..
  10. Ones got to remember, archery muscles are like swimming muscles . you don’t know you have them till you use them ...
  11. You can turn your bow down also. I used to shoot 76 lbs like it was nothing now I am down to 65. When I bought my new bow in 2014 I speciffacly went with a 55-65 pound draw bow so as I age I can turn it down.
  12. Please give me some details and experiences, I am looking at a semi guided hunt..
  13. If you have, what outfitter and how was it? Wife and I are looking to do a bow/ gun hunt in 2019.
  14. I know, there’s just something about hearing the gong ring that’s just fun. I bought them from amazon, it was the best price I found for 12 incher’s. Thanks for the complement, we were rusty no doubt...
  15. Oh I know, she’s a good shot with a gun or bow..
  16. Wife and I went to the range and burned up a couple 100 rounds of 38 reloads in our LCR’s . Been awhile since we had gotten the cc guns out to shoot them, I was shooting high for a bit but settled down. My target is on the left, I think we shot preety good at 15 yards
