    Not my business but my dad and I both own parcels in wny, southern erie and cattaraugus counties. Franklinville property values certainly aren't the same as areas of Allegheny county for example, they generally fetch more pr acre, even vs. Farther out parts of catt and chautauqua counties. Obviously the actual land and access etc also plays into it. But as long as both sides are happy that's what matters. I would say it's a reasonable deal, glad you guys are happy tree guy.

    In all seriousness I wont have much time this year but I have done a little scouting. Found a few fields by my house to be holding geese and numbers of birds moving around to be a bit low. The usual roost spots have birds on them as well. I'll probably hunt a couple times to do some early training with my new pup.

    Enjoy. I have some slight regrets about not taking an opportunity there when I was 21, but family's here. I'll be gone someday when I'm retired I bet.

    I've had diesels since I was 17 (I'm 25) and dont tow as much as I used to, just personal trailers a couple times a week now. I gotta say the 3.5 is very appealing. But for now still chugging with a cummins. And awesome truck tug! Looks like a beauty

    I stand corrected. The lake was not flat on the ride back from sturgeon to buffalo. The bite was not hot but picked away.

    Work in welding industry now, bunch of different jobs. Hopefully be in a local union soon which I'm high on the list for.
