I used the Salon care 40% peroxide paste mixed with some whitening powder. Put a coat on with brush, let it dry a few hours then put on another coat, let dry then I think i lightly rinsed off the extra and was done.

Thanks fellas. As much as I'd like to shoot a P&Y buck, i don't think I could pass on a buck like this. At least not for the next few years.

Really happy with it and it took a while to finish. May change the plaque shape eventually but it works for now. Love the dark rack.

6 inches. I woke at 6 and looked outside and there was a ton of deer tracks all over the year. Eating the bushes and drooping trees. The tracks meandered around my yard and went to the neighbors

I've had one for a few months but haven't put it out yet. I'm planning to get it out this weekend to see what deer are left.

just bought some bird shot for my 16ga online the other day. They wouldn't ship .22ammo though.

On the property I hunt now, 4 other guys have permission. We have had a few trespassers but nothing too bad. My father has lived across the street from this property for 35 years and used to hunt it himself. He said he and a ton of other people hunted it and none of them had permission. It was just vacant land and everyone hunted it for years with no problems. That sounds cool in some ways. That's how it is in Slovakia when I went. We went hiking and went down a long farm road. I wanted to go for a hike to see some stag. We got out and I said "who's land is this?" They all laughed, "probably the farmer's" they said. They told me it's not like in US. There are no posted signs there and people just wander freely. My dad also told me that there were some days when he would look across the street and see half a dozen cars driving around the field and a bunch of shots going off. So while it used to be a lot simpler it seems, hunting has gotten better in other ways.
