yetis, cabelas and pelican all suck .The only thing you can put in them IS ice. Big time media ploy like gorilla glue its the name . I told this before I was watching a fishing show and it was nothing but a 30 min yeti ad . Beef fat is suet ,feed it to the birds and its the same cap fat on venison [they make candles and soap out of it] you can find prk trimmings and pork fat in the supermarket its cheap. As a side note rendered chicken fat is called shmultz and jewish people use a lot of it cause they are not allowed to use butter ,no mixing meat and dairy

Deffently more fat 30% fat, the pork shoulder doesn't have enough you can also add some wine if you like some people do for flavor and consistency , my dad made sausages and I would help him this goes back to the 60's. Just remember clean ,cold and Clorox [ tablespoon to a gal. of water] and I mean cold almost frozen the same with all the part the come in contact with the meat ,also what I do I put an ice pack under the bowl . Why you do that is the fat melts and clogs the dies and sticks to everything.

I really have a fetish for sharp knives so I seen the Bavarian edge in bj's and was tempted to buy it but all you have is 2 small strips that sharpen plus im always weary of as seen on t.v. it didn't look like it would last [as with most stuff they sell on t.v.].I had a chef choice knife sharpener [note the word had]that was my dads ,well it was horrible it literally dulled all my knifes. I like the works sharp but it looks like I would be changing the belts a lot[ but that's what keeps them in business].

well one good thing about this they knocked the KKKKardashians out of the spot light. I cant go on the internet or read a paper or watch tv and hear and see something about them . Okkkkkk ,I am so done I want the letter K taken out of the alphabet .

in the city where I work[Brooklyn mostly] its getting crazy with people with ear buds and talking on the damn phone and not paying attention, i see it all the time. Bikes too and I ride but they weave in out of traffic, I had one I was driving a 20 yd dump truck and this moron on a bike is holding on my truck on the right side hitching a ride and i couldn't shake him and had to make a right turn its getting scary. Don't just blame the drivers ,pedestrians and bikes are distracted too

wow thank you so much .I use to watch him back in the day on public tv a show called Austin city limits he was amazing , that was when ALL you had for nature,cooking, and music shows was public tv. OH yeah and watching monte python and reefer madness blitzed and having the munchies.Sorry for getting off the subject but you brought back memories[see they were wrong pot don't kill brain cells lol]. Yeah before he died stevie got sober and like you said a very humble man .I know hes in heaven jamming up a storm

good luck, i had mine done in nov. '16 . Give it a year to be totally pain free. The rehab is very important do the exercises and i found a bike the best to break up that scare tissue ,and get that range of motion you need 120 deg, in the beginning you'll be to get any movement at all but you will it takes time. When they did the surgery they put a pain block in and when that wore off i was screaming give me drugs please. I didnt sleep for 3 days but go easy on the oxycoton when i got home i flushed them, the extra strength tylenol was good enough[ oh yeah when i did that the fish police[my mom and wife]said you cant do that you have to put them in a coffee can and throw them out. Well i cant see a striped bass going to detox and rehab cause he ate my pills] . Just give it time,baby steps and you'll get there
