    Celebrated my FIL’s birthday today. He requested smelt and meatball sandwiches. He loves his new flag.

    Baby Plav’s daycare is shut down for 2 weeks because of Covid so I got a rare Thursday off to hang with him. We checked trail cams and cooked. I almost feel guilty posting this one. Red wine braised short ribs over mashed potatoes.

    We don’t make too many vegetarian meals, but after a cold day… lentil curry with garlic na’an is pretty damn good.
