Happy Belated Birthday Jerkman!

I was just thinking the same thing this morning after I let the dog out and she chased one away. Every morning and evening there seems to be a few in the yard. One of the golf courses I play has rabbits everywhere. I damn near run one over with the cart every time.

Happy Belated Birthday Guys!!!!! -
For me there is no one set event that got me into hunting. My father did not hunt at all so I was introduced to the outdoors by my Uncle and my best friends family growing up as they both belonged to the same gun club. Growing up once summer hit my friends and I would spend all day down at the creek fishing. we would often go there in the morning, come home for lunch and head right back until dinner time. It still amazes me how much time we spent fishing all those years. Mostly caught bluegill, sunfish, bass and catfish. A few times a year my Uncle would take me out somewhere for trout or my favorite as a youngin northern pike! I cant even recall when my first time hunting in the woods was. I'm pretty positive it was with my uncle hunting for small game which he never really did. When I was 16 I got a job as a dishwasher at the local country club where I met an avid small game hunter and we spent the next 5-6 years hunting everything that moved. Hunting wise that was the best time in my life. Now a days with a young family I only get out to deer hunt and maybe pheasant hunt once or twice a year. I'd love to get back into some of the small game hunting. Perhaps if my girls continue the interest in hunting they currently have I can take them out for small game.

This world would be so much better if people worried about themselves and kept there opinions to themselves. Everyone is so different and one person's idea of something safe or fun may be a complete nightmare to someone else but just keep your opinion to yourself and move along you aren't saving anyone's life.

Going to make chocolate chip pancakes, bacon and eggs tonight for dinner. Then probably hit up the ice cream shop for some soft serve. All in the name of school ending and moving up to the second grade.

I've got a 99 Polaris sportsman. I use it mostly for plowing and yard work. It works way better than I every thought it would. This picture is after a snow storm at my old house. I ran out of room to stack it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Same thing on my apple tree. Lots of blossoms which are now all off. But I don't see too many. Bees around. Last year with the drought produced a bad batch so I hope this year will be good. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
I use a muddy harness as well last year was my first year using a harness. I found it comfortable enough for long sits and when walking it was hardly noticeable. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Mowed last night as well. First the mower deck wouldn't engage so I had to take it apart. Now the deck is uneven so the lawn looks like crap. I'm not a perfectionist when it comes to the lawn but man I hate how it looks all uneven. Blah. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I even saw a roadkill coyote on the 90 in Rochester Saturday morning.

I wish I could remember what the round was but it was out of a Remington bolt action rifle. I was probably in the 16-18 year old rage and the round was bigger than a 30-.06 by a lot. I had already shot the 30-.06 a bunch that day then got behind whatever that thing was squeezed the trigger and noped the hell out of that one for the rest of the day. Only time I've ever gone shooting an came home with a bruised shoulder. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
