I work at a small architectural office. I started out as a drafter after college and am now a project manager. I do everything the licensed architects do but don't have the license (its debatable if i even want it). There are days that I love my job and there are days I hate it. If I was starting all over I would be looking into getting involved with a trade and skip the huge college debt. My thing was I didn't want to move to the other side of the state for a corrections job or a police officers job mostly because friends, family and an absolutely beautiful girlfriend who is now my wife. Lol. Whatever you decide make sure it's something that you want to do. Don't take a job just because it pays well. That job will suck the life out of you no matter how big the check is. I've seen it happen many of times.

I really want some time off before Bow season ends but work has been so busy and now I have another new guy that I have to stay on top of and make sure he gets enough work. It will probably be just weekends for me.

Walked around with the family last night. No doubt the weather had the number's down but there was still a decent amount on the streets as usual. A new family moved in on one of the streets we hit and they had a pretty good set up going. 3 people in full costume head to toe standing absolutely still near the side walk until you got right next to them then they would try and scare you! Pretty fun and from what I saw they varied their level of scare based on the age of the kids walking by.

There is no sense in you staying home inside the house where you will also get sick. Set her up with all the necessary things and GTFO!!! Just make sure you tell her your going out hunting is for the greater good of course. They love it when you do things for the greater good.

That’s a really cool stand! Being that you just set it out there it may not work for crossbow as it’s something new in the field. I’m not sure if this actually works but I know guys that will set a stuffed dummy up in the seat so the deer will be use to seeing the outline of a person up there.
