I’m thinking about it. There’s some gutter work that I want To get done in the spring so I might Try it on a few sections and see how it works. We asked The people we bought it from to replace all of the downspouts, as they had gotten clogged and bulged so I know It’s an issue.

I have been doing the gutters at our house on my own. With the new house though, its just too damn big, plus its tucked in the woods, so the gutters will need to be done 2 or 3 times a year. The only plus, is its a gambrel roof, so most of the gutters are at a single story level. Im planning to just hire someone to do it.

Which part do you want pics of? The backstrap or the fawn? Im not even sure that I took a pic of the fawn this year, it was the one I shot during bow season. I have pics of others Ive taken though.

No, and I doubt it will be legal in NY anytime in the near future. We currently do not have an airgun season for big game, and I have yet to hear about any type of push for one.

The scope is the only part of my Centerpoint Sniper that I dont like. Im actually thinking next season I will buy the Horton Storm RDX and pass the Centerpoint to my daughter. Ill most likely pick up another scope for it when I do that. When I bought my Centerpoint I wasnt even sure that Id enjoy hunting with it, which is why I went inexpensive. Well, it was purchased for me, but my girlfriend knew what I was interested in.

A couple of mine are still chugging along. Im swapping them out to Brownings as they die.

I shoot a fawn almost every year. Nothing like grilled backstrap that you can cut with the side of your fork.

Its 17, but its limb tip to limb tip that counts in NY, not axle to axle.

If I was upgrading to a higher end crossbow at this point, I would be choosing this, which is right around your budget number. https://www.hortoncrossbows.com/shop/horton-storm-rdx/ https://www.fieldandstreamshop.com/p/horton-storm-rdx-with-dedd-sled-crossbow-package-15horustrmrdx4x32abw/15horustrmrdx4x32abw?camp=CSE:FNS_pg45302_ecom_PLA_453

Who was dissing where he lives? If you want to take my comment that way, then you might as well take Biz's comment the same way. Maybe you should take your own advice on this one.

Ain’t no caviar in the trailer park

I toss mine out in the back of my property as a bait pile for foxes and coyotes, or it goes back to the farms I hunt. Its no different than a deer dying on the land of natural causes. Predators are already there regardless.

What's the difference? Baiting vs. Attracting
WNYBuckHunter replied to Zem18's topic in General Hunting
Growing food plots, hinge cutting, leaving tree trimmings, planting soft and hard mast trees, etc is legal. Pouring food from a bag, placing mineral blocks, piling up food, etc is not. Thats the difference. The way I see it, its all just hunting a food source, pretty much the same as hunting a crop field, abandoned orchard or even a natural oak flat or stand of beech trees. I would rather not spend money on bags of corn, deer feed, etc even if it was legal. Most likely all I would use would be mineral supplements if I could. -
Oh they are around. We get glimpses of them every now and then on the farms I hunt. Sometimes we get bucks that we dont even catch on camera, but someone sees them, shoots them or we find sheds, etc. There are almost inaccessible places back in swamps, and on land where hunting is not allowed that these deer get into and hang out, and they rarely leave. I have had a couple of bucks that I was chasing for multiple years in a row that seemed to have disappeared for an entire year and then popped back up again.

Its obviously an Alien artifact that Big Foot dropped while he was attacking a hunter. He probably didnt have time to pick it up, as he was late for his 3 week flight to the space station on the back side of Mars.

Someone must have had really good aim to get that perfect hole right in the center!

What Could or Possibly Also May Be in your Hunting Area

Just imagine if a couple of people dressed up like this and danced in front of one of these guy's trail cams... -
Dont take this the wrong way... #1 - It wasnt your deer unless you raised it behind a fence. #2 - Not very classy on the Satan face on the guy, should have just blocked it out. #3 - Apparently you werent after him too hard, as you shot a different buck 2 weeks ago.
