Who are you to say I havent written multiple letters in support of reciprocacy in NY? I am also a firm believer that as a responsible, law abiding gun owner, you have the responsibility of following the current gun laws. Sorry, but I feel if someone intentionally breaks the gun laws, they are not innocent and they need to pay the price. I am guessing that you are referring to those of us that support following the law as long as it is, in fact, a law when you say "support this law". Well, youd be wrong on that now, just as you were a couple of weeks ago when it was discussed in the other thread. In fact, I dont know any gun owner in NY that doesnt support reciprocacy with pistol permits. I dont think that I should have to get a Utah permit to be able to take my gun out of state, but I have one because even though I dont support the law, I still have to follow it. :

I dont find it very appropriate to have named UBL after an Indian leader either. Would I go out and make a big deal of it? No, but I do find it odd. Yes, I am part Indian (Native American). E= Enemy....KIA=Killed in action. I kind of took it an a fitting name in a nobel warrior sense for the mission to be named that....or the act of taking him out. I looked further into it today and found that the operation was code name Geronimo. I dont know what the heck they are bitching about.

How the heck they are going to explain his having a rather large and elaborate compound 60 miles from the Pakistan capital while they were telling us that they had no info that he was even in their country ..... that is going to be quite an interesting tale. What will be even more interesting is whether the U.S. government will press the issue (publicly). This is most likely just another example of us giving away millions in foriegn aid, building up a country that harbors and supports our enemies. You want some cash to help balance our budget? ..... This might be a good place to look for some. Ah but then, these decisions are never so easy and obvious are they? I have read reports of them criticizing us for it, then others that they are glad it happened. I say F Pakistan. They knew he was there, you have to be really dumb to think they didnt. CNN had their ex-president on the phone today and he was trying to say he had never said that Bin Laden was not in Pakistan. He has been on record saying just that more than once. That country needs to pay, in one way or another, for harboring him. We originally said that if we caught a country harboring him that they would pay the piper. Hopefully they dipped him in pigs blood before they dumped him off of the ship. My earlier suggestion of putting his head on a stake was just me being nice. I couldnt type what Id really rather they have done with him.

Great story Doe, sounds like it was a fun morning for you! I had a red fox stalk my decoy yesterday morning, he was pretty intent until he was about 10 feet from me and I gave him a "pssst", at which time he took off like a bolt.

Good riddance to the scum bag. The people that said Gitmo should be closed or that our interrogation techniques were wrong should be eating crow. Im glad they didnt leave a place for a shrine to popup, but part of me thinks that his head should have been displayed on a stake. Whomever the SEAL was that put the bullet in his head is a real hero, including the men on his team. We will probably never know his name, but my thanks to him and everyone else in our military for all that they do.
