  5. I dug a SST out of a Deer this season, dropped it on the spot, and here is a Barnes Expanders from a deer I shot about 15 or so years ago
  6. The cost of a riffled barrel puts you about half way to buying a Savage 220 which is a great slug gun.
  7. Great pictures, very interesting what show's up to the pile. Has the dog been back?
  8. I put in for these lottery deer hunts at a couple of fenced in government facilities. There's no difference hunting there than anywhere else other than the fact that if you shoot a record book deer, I don't think you can get it recognized by P&Y and B&C because of the fence. They give you an area thats about a100 acres or so and a map, and off you go. Some of the deer Ive seen have been awesome.

  10. She wants to know if I think her a$$ is fat, Thanks for the idea, put it to use today
  11. You know this is kind of a toss up, either you pay $5K for a guided hunt and maybe you don't pull the trigger or, you pay $5K and you shoot a nice buck for your wall. I can see why people do it. I would not drive to South Dakota to shoot Pheasants, I'll pay $15.00/bird to shoot them at a preserve.
  12. Has anyone tried the Leupold hand held thermal scope?
  13. Does anyone have any experience with one of these? https://www.nitesite.com/products/hunting/scope-mounted/wolf
  14. Your right, I shot one in the middle of the day from inside the house through the patio door with an AR, my family was in the house and didn't even notice that I shot. Even if someone hears a shot, they can't pin point where it came from.
  15. We used to spray WD-40 on weight forward spinners with worms for Walleye a long time ago
  16. It might be ok if your 25yds, I'm done with the rifle, 12ga 3.5" #4 buckshot
