I usually have my kill zones at 25 yards and that seems to be about my average.. But have shot a few deer including last year at 37.5 yards. But my bow shoots little difference at 20-30 so maybe 25? Then know the drop for 35? Aw hell my bow is a killer, I'm not touching it. Lol. Maybe the next one.

I just really like that style of sight with the one pin and scope type view. I don't think I would want the adjustable sight, just a one pin setup for 30 yards. Shot 3D with a guy at Cassity hollow a couple times and he was great with his and I liked the open view as opposed to multiple colored pins.

That buck is a snorting beast. The mount makes my knees weak talk about if I saw it in person. -
everyone has a camera these days and wants to catch on film the two guys fishing in a snowstorm before they drown.....people .....lol went hiking in to a pond to fish with a bunch of guys one time and one of them tells us all to get toghter to take a pic. Then he says he wanted our last pic to be out there to show what happened just before this trip...

Sub Freezing Temps & Snow=Mast Production/Fruit Trees

we just put in some apple trees two weeks ago and they were budding this weekend. Hoping they make it ok. Its not supposed to get too cold last i saw - right on the freezing line so am thinking most will be ok. -
Saw a show where they cooked Milkweed and it didnt look too bad. Get the flowers just before they open in bunches, then boil a couple minutes and cool. Then mix with an egg wash, corn meal and sme spices and make patties and cast iron fry. found it -https://www.wild-fed.com/blog/how-to-eat-common-milkweed-flowers A salmon fillet over one of the fried cakes might be pretty good with a hollandaise sauce. I might try it.

thats funny I was gonna put a sign on it - Charlies porch. Its his old man sitting spot. But its still all about you taking his spot on the boat. He is prob over it by now. lol -
ugh this sucks! Yeah I would drive it right back there and not even call. Did they install the Ipilot for you? Sounds like something is drawing on battery all the time, should draw unless power is on. Rear livewell shouldnt need to be primed cause it should always drain of water when unplugged. hmm not good. Good luck - hope to hear good news on this

Whew that barn is gonna be a project. Storage for gear or camper etc? Price of lumber on that baby is gonna be scary. -

Small back porch is done except for 2 more 2x4s for the rails and need to get 26 balusters and a 2x6 for the stairs. Pic of old porch in a pile that will be turned into garden boxes for next weekends project. Pic of new porch and last weekends project of boxing in my fuel tank.
