I also stopped watching team sports a few years ago cause i can't root for a team with a wife beater and a drug dealer. Lol And if you can't see that the general public looks at Trump as an Ahole more than Biden you have your orange glasses on again. Most are uninformed and won't do any looking into any candidate. Same reason they spend so much on TV adds. Trump blew the debate the way he acted if anyone was trying to. And not everyone thinks he is doing a good job. His base yes, that will vote for him regardless. Anyone else I'm not so sure about his great job. Again like a lot of what he does in action. But a lot not to like. And to me that is obvious. But again I really am mostly disappointed in most of both parties. I could come in with a half dozen in larger politics that I even think are worth listening to. Not often in the political section cause most of you try to change each other's minds and not know that your not going to. Lol. Good luck with the election. His base. Which is pro Trump no matter " if he shot someone in the street". They come out for the event. But this year is it bigger than 2016 against a hated Hilary? When it was really close then and now you have a bland Dem and Trump has pissed off more people in 4 years. Don't see how anyone can not think this is gonna be a close one. (And no I don't believe the polls in 2016 or now) .

I think I agree with all of this except that I can see people not having any idea what is at stake or caring regarding policies and only not liking the loud orange man. The things people believe in and feel these days are often not the way I even begin to look at the world.

Hilary might have won if she hid in the basement. It might actually of helped trump too. The less we hear from them the better they look. Lol

The last election was close and so many people hated Hilary. Biden is more vanilla to most and just has a "D" to vote for. And so many people hate Trump. There just isn't a real undecided vote. Right now I feel like he is going to lose. But either way I don't see a big win by either. The country is too divided. And he is a hated man by so many. My concern is a close election where Trump wins and loses the popular vote and people become unhinged. Or Biden wins close and Trump refuses to acknowledge and people become unhinged. Both sides have been staging themselves to contest the election. It's going to happen if close on either side. Fauci might have had some contradictions but he hasn't rant and raved and called people idiots. And he isn't up for re election. I totally agree that Trump needs to just let Biden hang himself and let him talk is his best move. He def needs to remain more calm, but it's not who he is and most people are already decided. How many people do you know that don't have strong feelings about him one way or the other already? I remember in upstate NY in 2016 all the I hate Hillary signs and none supporting her. I see so many pro Biden signs now and hate Trump signs. I also see a lot of pro Trump signs but actually nothing compared to the pro Bidens. I get how people want Trump cause they are so sick of it all. And I feel the same way. But I still feel the.president can be conservative and a decent person. And it bothers me that he can't see it and he is the president. He's a bitter pill to swallow, too bitter for most. Mike Rowe for president!

The problem is his Twitter antics and his behavior at the debates is prob the reason he may very well lose this election and he can't see it for himself. This week calling the Drs on his own team idiots didn't help him any either. Maybe he doesn't need to be civil to run the country but he needs to be civil enough to be re-elected. He's created his own mess. I def don't want to see Biden as the president but I can't pull the hook for Trump despite some of the things he has done I really like and that he isn't a career politician. Not that it matters in NY. At this point I'm most worried about post election chaos that is probably gonna ensue with a close election.

The sad part is that the GOP isn't even pushing this for investigation. Other than maybe Ted Cruz . They should be on every network blaring this and demanding that the NY times not be kept from printing what they have. But for the most part so many of them are no better and prob have their hands in this til or another as well. Once the house of cards fall some of it might fall on their heads too. Don't stir the pot so you won't be the next one investigated. Why else are they not screaming this in the streets? Both sides make me sick. I hope they force testimony on this before the election but chances are they won't. And it will just be deemed a "bogus investigation" by the Biden camp until the press cycle moves onto something else and the GOP never pushes for more. Reference- see Hillary Clinton email scandal 2016, bengazi etc etc Nothing still has been done and the GOP elected roll on making promises they don't keep and cashing their checks. I am tired of both sides and disgusted by most of them. This will just be the next thing and things will go on just like they have. Different story, same result.
